HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

The refundable deposit is $200.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE VENUE RENTAL?

The venue rental includes tables and chairs.

Available hours are 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

DOES THE DEPOSIT GO TOWARDS THE VENUE COST?

WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE?

WHAT ARE THE RATES?

No, the deposit does not go towards the venue cost. The deposit is refundable up to 72 hours after the conclusion of the event as long as contract is upheld.

The balance is due 14-days before the booked event date. If the event is less than 14-days away the balance is due at the time of booking. Any balance paid after the 14-day requirement will receive a $50 late fee.

$75 per hour or $100 per hour

Friday-Sunday

$85 per hour or $110 per hour

IS THERE A KITCHEN AREA?

There is a kitchenette on site that includes a counter top, sink, and full size refrigerator. 

IS OUTSIDE FOOD, MUSIC, AND DECORATIONS ALLOWED? 

IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED?

Yes, alcohol is allowed as a bring your own bottle affair. Events with alcohol require a higher rate for liability coverage. If you desire to sell alcohol a liquor permit is required through the city and must be submitted to venue prior to the event.

Yes, outside food is allowed with the recommendation of using a licensed caterer. Music is allowed but must remain inside the venue at all times. Decorations are allowed but must use command strips ONLY for hanging. NO confetti, glitters, or sequins allowed.

The venue can seat up tp 60 guest.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE EVENT DESIGNING PACKAGES?

IS THE VENUE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, the venue is handicap accessible. 

Payments must be made through the invoice or in cash.

All packages include setup, 3 event hours, chair covers, table covers, guest of honor table cover, centerpieces, 2-Balloon columns, backdrop or scene-setter, take down of tables and chairs. Some items may vary based on selected packages. All packages are customized and created to meet the vision of the client.

Yes, we offer table and chair rentals.

Spandex Chair Covers $2.00 per chair

CAN I LOOK AT THE VENUE FIRST?
 

Unfortunately, due to the many viruses circulating Che Creative Collaborations has temporarily suspended in-person venue tours, unless you have secured this space in advance. Please take a look at our virtual tour located on the home page. Thank you for your understanding.

IS THERE A HOLD POLICY?
 

Yes, there is a non-refundable fee of $50.00. This fee will hold the desired date for 7 calendar days. On the 7th day the full deposit of $200.00 must be paid in full or the date will be released. The $50.00 hold fee does not go towards the $200.00 deposit.
